Sewer line jetting for commercial & HOA properties

Sewer line jetting uses high-pressure water (2,500–4,000+ PSI) to scour grease, roots, wipes, and sediment out of sanitary sewer laterals, mainlines, and manhole channels — restoring full flow without excavation. We jet 2" laterals up to 36" mainlines across South Florida, typically $3–$25 per linear foot depending on diameter and buildup, with optional pre/post CCTV to document the clean line.

Our process

  1. 1

    Locate access

Identify the correct cleanout or manhole and confirm pipe material and diameter.

  2. 2

    Camera first

When appropriate we camera before jetting so we don't jet a broken pipe.

  3. 3

    Jet the line

Match nozzle and pressure to the pipe. Multiple passes for heavy grease or root mats.

  4. 4

    Verify & document

Confirm flow, vacuum the recovered debris, and send footage and a report.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is sewer jetting different from snaking?
A snake punches a hole through a clog. Jetting scours the full pipe wall, so grease and roots don't rebuild in a few weeks.
Can you jet an older clay or Orangeburg pipe?
Yes, at reduced pressure and only after CCTV confirms the pipe is structurally sound. We won't jet a collapsed line.
Do you handle grease trap discharge lines?
Yes — restaurant discharge and grease trap effluent lines are one of our most common jetting jobs across Broward and Miami-Dade.
Is CCTV footage included?
Optional. Most commercial clients bundle post-jet CCTV so the file goes into the building's maintenance record.
