3. Quotes and estimates
Quotes provided through our website or via email are estimates based on available information (aerial imagery, permit data, and descriptions provided). Final pricing may vary after an on-site assessment. A written quote does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing and a work order is issued.
4. Scheduling and cancellations
We strive to meet scheduled service dates. Weather, permitting delays, or site conditions may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Payment terms
Payment terms are specified in the written quote and invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We accept checks, ACH transfers, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Florida law.
