How it works
- You send the property address (and your permit # if you have it).
- We pull your stormwater permit + recert window and assess your system from current county aerial imagery: pond condition, visible structures, site access.
- You get a written quote for the on-site O&M inspection, plus a ballpark for any likely work. If we need to see the site in person before we can fix a price, we schedule a walk at no cost to you.
- If you proceed, you book the paid on-site inspection. We document and certify the system against your permit. That inspection fee is credited toward any corrective work you approve.
