Storm drain cleaning across South Florida

Recertification is one job we do. The other one, the one most properties call about first, is commercial storm drain cleaning: vacuuming catch basins down to the invert, hydro-jetting the pipe runs between them, and camera-verifying that flow is actually restored. We work for HOAs, condo associations, property managers, retail centers, industrial sites, and municipalities across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade.

Routine catch basin cleaning runs about $125 to $300 per structure, hydro-jetting $3 to $25 per linear foot, and CCTV inspection $10 to $20 per foot. Every job comes back with per-structure photos, debris volume, and a disposal manifest, the documentation that keeps your compliance file defensible. See the full 2026 cost guide.

FAQ

Straight answers.

I've never heard of this license. Is it real?
Yes. Broward County issues Surface Water Management licenses under Chapter 27 of the county code and they operate in five-year phases. Most were pulled by the developer's engineer when the property was built, which is why current owners rarely know about them. Send us your address and we'll tell you your license number and status, free.
My license already expired. Am I in trouble?
You're out of compliance, but it's fixable. It's what we do most. The sooner the renewal is filed, the smaller the exposure. We can also request a filing extension from the county on your behalf.
We already have a landscaper or drain vendor.
They may handle the cleaning. The county also requires a Florida Professional Engineer's signed and sealed certification and a formal filing. That's the part most vendors can't provide. We bring all of it, guaranteed.
How much does it cost?
Flat fees start at $3,250 per license and depend on the size of your drainage system. The assessment is how we lock the number in writing. It never increases afterward.
