Call 954-420-6228What we do on an emergency call
We start with the flooded area, available access and where the water should go. When it is safe to work, vacuum equipment removes sediment, leaves and debris from catch basins. Jetting addresses blocked connecting pipe runs as needed. We check flow, record what was removed and photograph the work for your property file.
Cleaning cannot fix every drainage problem. High downstream water levels, damaged pipes or overwhelmed drainage capacity may need another approach. We explain what we find and identify follow-up inspection or repair needs instead of treating every flood as a simple blockage.
Our response process
- 1. Call with the location. Tell us the address, how much of the property is affected, whether buildings are threatened and who can provide access.
- 2. Confirm the safe working scope. We review conditions, weather, truck access and crew availability. You receive an arrival estimate and an explanation of the proposed work.
- 3. Assess and clear the blockage. We inspect accessible structures and use vacuum extraction and jetting based on what the drainage system needs.
- 4. Document and plan follow-up. You receive photos and a service report. If damage or a recurring issue remains, we explain the next inspection or maintenance step.
What to do while waiting
- Keep residents, customers and vehicles out of flooded areas. Do not drive or walk through floodwater.
- Do not enter drainage structures, remove heavy grates or attempt to clear a pipe from inside a basin.
- Avoid electrical equipment near water. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.
- From a safe, dry location, take photos and note when flooding began. Tell us about access gates, parked vehicles and known drainage plans.
- Have a property contact available by phone. Do not block truck access with temporary barriers or parked vehicles.
Emergency service across three counties
We serve HOA and condo common areas, plazas, parking lots, warehouses and other commercial properties in Broward County, Miami-Dade County and Palm Beach County. After the immediate call, planned catch basin cleaning and storm drain cleaning can address accumulated material before the next storm.
