Stormwater recertification: full technical scope and inspection standards
Florida properties have two recertification obligations: a drainage-district recert (commonly every 5 years, PE-signed) and the state ERP O&M inspection (every 1 to 3 years, system-type dependent, qualified inspector since June 28, 2025). SF Storm Drain performs and certifies the O&M inspection in-house and delivers the complete field package (cleaning, CCTV, photos, PACP coding) so your PE can sign off without re-mobilizing.
